Substance Abuse Counselor Education 360 Hr Comprehensive Program

If you already hold the Wisconsin Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC)-IT level credential, this program will help you meet the Department of Safety and Professional Services requirements for the SAC credential. You’ll develop the skills to interview clients for the assessment and diagnosis of substance abuse. In addition, you’ll gain an understanding of mental disorders that co-exist with substance disorders and develop your group facilitation skills. You’ll also learn about case management and the related documentation.
